What You'll Do
- Communicate with consumers regarding outstanding accounts.
- Help consumers resolve their financial obligations through payment plans and settlement options.
- Negotiate solutions while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Secure payment arrangements and recurring payment plans.
- Accurately document account activity.
- Follow all company policies, compliance requirements, and proven call procedures.
- Meet individual performance goals while providing outstanding customer service.

Experience in collections, banking, customer service, insurance, sales, healthcare, retail management, or call centers is a plus, but we hire for attitude and work ethic above all else.
