Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Golf Cart Detailer & Driver who can handle both Picking up and Delivering Golf Carts, Detailing Carts and performing small and simple mechanical work. You will represent the company in the field, and help maintain the overall appearance of the facility.
Core Responsibilities
Pickup & Delivery
- Safely load, transport, and unload golf carts using truck and trailer
- Plan efficient pickup/delivery routes
- Interact professionally with customers during drop-offs and pickups
- Ensure carts are secured properly to prevent damage in transit
Facility & Grounds Maintenance
- Keep shop, yard, and showroom clean and organized
- Maintain outdoor areas (trash removal, basic landscaping upkeep, etc.)
- Ensure overall presentation of the business meets company standards
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida conditions
- Strong work ethic—this role requires initiative, not supervision
- Dependability and accountability are non-negotiable
What Matters (Read Carefully)
- This is a hybrid role: technician + driver + facility support
- Work is outdoors under a carport, not in an AC shop
- You’re expected to take ownership of your workspace and responsibilities
- If you’re looking for a purely mechanical or indoor position, this won’t be a fit
