Security Officer Unarmed Afternoons
As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Ruther Glen, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all individuals at the location by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and applicable emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

Monitor the movement of visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers entering and leaving the location, helping to confirm compliance with site rules, identification requirements, and/or shipping and receiving procedures.

Observe daily operations across the distribution environment and report damaged doors, lighting issues, unsecured access points, and/or other conditions that may require attention.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
