Howling Rabbits BeerWorks is a full-service brew pub that will feature house branded beer a full bar and a chef driven kitchen. We are open till 2am.
We are currently seeking a Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a background in cooking, with experience preparing high-quality cuisines
Responsibilities:
- Be able to maintain their responsibilities for the station they are working.
- Clean kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Keep kitchen stocked with ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Attend line cooking classes or do an apprenticeship.
- Learn to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Have a working knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Maintain a safe, healthy workplace.
- Be able to follow a build sheet and all recipes
- Must be on time, ready to work once they enter the building
- Must be self motivated in the kitchen as well as take directions
- Knows how to lead, but is willing and able to follow
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
