Overview
We are looking for skilled Maintenancestaff and Refrigeration Staff member to join our team. For the Maintenance Staff role, you will be responsible for daily PM's and repair/replacement of equipment in an industrial setting. For the Refrigeration Staff position, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency of refrigeration systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and ammonia refrigeration systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on experience in service technician roles, a solid understanding of schematics and HVAC design, and a passion for property maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse mechanical systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance in a dynamic environment.
Qualification for Maintenance-
- Experience in a maintenance or mechanical setting, preference given to industrial setting
- Heavy equipment repair
- Familiarity with LOTO
- Education related to maintenance operations field
- Good safety experience
Qualifications For Refrigeration-
- Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic with a focus on construction, refrigeration, HVAC/R, or property maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge including plumbing, boiler operation, air conditioning systems, and equipment repair techniques.
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters.
- Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate a <PERSON> driver or similar vehicle safely for field service tasks.
- Skilled in welding and other mechanical fabrication techniques when needed for repairs or upgrades.
