Position Overview
Royalty Rides is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Guest Services & Check-In Representative to assist with the daily intake and departure operations at our Miami Beach / Collins Marina location.
This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires frequent standing and walking throughout the day. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the Miami heat and outdoor weather conditions, enjoys interacting with customers, and can stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment.
You will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and will help ensure each customer has a smooth and organized experience from arrival through departure.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Check-In & Customer Service
- Greet and welcome customers upon arrival.
- Check customers in for their scheduled reservations.
- Scan and verify Groupon or other promotional vouchers.
- Collect customer payments and any applicable remaining balances.
- Answer basic customer questions and provide information regarding their excursion.
- Assist customers with required paperwork and check-in procedures.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude with all guests.
Waivers & Boating License Assistance
- Assist customers with completing required waivers.
- Confirm waivers are properly completed before departure.
- Assist customers with the registration and completion of required Florida boating safety education documentation.
- Provide customers with basic instructions and guidance regarding boating license requirements.
- Verify required documentation before customers proceed to their excursion.
Departure Operations
- Organize and prepare customer groups for departure.
- Assist guests as they board the appropriate departure vessel.
- Help ensure customers are in the correct group and ready for departure on time.
- Communicate with the operations team regarding customer readiness and any issues that may affect departure times.
Booking & Administrative Duties
- Update booking notes with relevant customer and reservation information.
- Document check-in details and customer-related updates.
- Communicate important daily information and issues to management.
- Complete daily employee checklists and operational tasks.
- Follow company procedures and ensure required steps are completed for each reservation.
Cleanliness & Organization
- Keep the customer check-in and working area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with maintaining an organized marina/check-in environment throughout the day.
- Report any maintenance, supply, or operational issues to management.
Working Environment
This position is outdoors at a Miami Beach / Collins Marina location.
The employee must be comfortable with:
- Extended periods of standing and walking.
- Working outdoors for most of the shift.
- Miami's heat, humidity, sun, and changing weather conditions.
- Working near water and marine environments.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the workday.
- Working in a busy environment with multiple customers arriving for scheduled reservations.
Schedule
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, for a total of 8 paid hours per scheduled workday.
Schedule may vary based on operational needs, reservations, and business volume.

Compensation
$15–$17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and being part of the daily operations of a fast-paced Miami water recreation business.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
