Job Title: Construction Helper / Carpenter Assistant

Job Description:
Hill and Harbor Construction is looking for a dependable and motivated carpenter to assist with custom decks, outdoor living spaces, remodeling projects, and general carpentry work.
We are a growing construction company focused on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and creating high-end projects our clients are proud of. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Construction experience is helpful, but not required. We are more interested in finding someone reliable, teachable, respectful, and hardworking.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with deck framing and carpentry
- Material handling and loading/unloading
- Jobsite cleanup and organization
- Assist with demolition and remodeling work
- Support daily construction operations
- Follow safety procedures and jobsite expectations
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry materials
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
- Respectful toward clients and their homes
- Basic construction knowledge is a plus, but not required
