Blue Sky, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and reliable part time Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Job Caoch to join our team in the Detroit Lakes Area. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities in a person-centered environment, helping them live independently and participate in their community.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care, supervision, and support to individuals served
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as trained and directed
- Follow individualized support plans (CSSP, IAPP, SMA, etc.)
- Accurately complete daily documentation and reports
- Support participation in community and social activities
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment at all times
- Transport individuals as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all company policies and 245D regulations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
