No maintenance experience? That's okay. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy learning, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, we're happy to train the right person.
Position Summary
Our Maintenance Technician helps keep the resort operating safely, efficiently, and looking its best. Every day is different—you might be repairing a faucet, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining the pool, helping with a remodeling project, or improving the property for our guests and owners.

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the resort.
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and other facility issues.
- Complete preventive maintenance in guest rooms and common areas.
- Help maintain the indoor pool, whirlpool, outdoor pool, splash park and related equipment.
- Assist with painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and remodeling projects.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.
- Maintain the resort grounds, sidewalks, parking areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Assist with seasonal projects including landscaping, snow removal, and property improvements.
Experience
Maintenance experience is certainly a plus—but it isn't required.
