Lindsay Family Dental is a busy, family-owned and operated dental practice seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team.
We are a fast-paced, high-volume practice that takes pride in providing excellent patient care while maintaining an efficient schedule. We are looking for a hygienist who can deliver thorough, compassionate treatment while also working efficiently and adapting to the flow of a busy dental office.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
- Perform periodontal charting and evaluate patients' periodontal health
- Take digital radiographs as needed
- Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal disease, and preventive care
- Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the treating dentist
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow proper infection control, sterilization, and OSHA protocols
- Maintain an efficient patient schedule while providing excellent care
- Work collaboratively with our doctors, assistants, and front-office team
Qualifications
- Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable treating patients with varying levels of periodontal disease
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong time-management skills and comfortable maintaining a productive hygiene schedule
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply

This position is best suited for someone who is organized, adaptable, efficient, and comfortable with a consistently active schedule. The ability to stay on time, communicate effectively with the team, and keep patient flow moving throughout the day is important.
We value hygienists who educate their patients, recognize periodontal disease, communicate findings with the doctors, and take ownership of their schedule and clinical responsibilities.
Schedule
Looking for someone to fill a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. (1-2 days for now)
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
