The
Director of External Reporting will lead key external reporting activities, ensure compliance with SEC requirements, and serve as a trusted partner to accounting, finance, and executive leadership teams. Reporting into senior finance leadership, the
Director of External Reporting will manage a direct report while collaborating extensively across the organization to support accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting.

Lead preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and other external reporting requirements.

Partner with technical accounting, controllership, FP&A, legal, and external auditors.

Research and interpret complex accounting guidance and disclosure requirements.

Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls, and documentation.

Support executive leadership with financial reporting insights and presentations.

CPA required.

8-15 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience.

Public accounting experience at the Senior Manager level or above, or a combination of public accounting and corporate reporting experience.

Strong SEC reporting experience.

Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement disclosures.
