Founded by special education teachers, and moms, who experienced firsthand the power of ABA for children as well as the gaps in support within the educational system for children with Autism, B.E.S.T ABA was built on one idea: no two kids, and no two RBTs, need the same thing.
As an RBT here, you're the person in the room . . . building real relationships with kids, which means knowing when to be structured and when to just be silly, get on the floor, and play. You're never figuring that out alone. Our BCBAs are hands-on and genuinely invested in teaching, not just signing off on notes; they’re there to help you grow into the clinician you're becoming.
In our team, you aren't a billable. As a clinician-founded and clinician-run team, we've built our model around realistic caseloads and real support, so you have the time and guidance to actually connect with each kid you work with.
If you're looking for an organization that is building something bigger without becoming something distant, where every BCBA, RBT, and child matters as an individual, we would love to speak with you.
