Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across all work areas to uphold food safety standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for smooth transactions
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure quality and safety of all products served
- Keep the workspace organized, stocked, and sanitized according to established procedures
- Assist in training new team members on customer service techniques, sanitation procedures, and POS operations
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is highly desirable
- Can Multitask
- Familiarity with POS systems or cash handling is a plus but can be learned on the job
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
