Position: Equipment Maintenance Tech
Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $25/hour
Experience:
- Prior experience operating heavy or construction equipment is a plus

Mechanical background, general labor experience, or trade school experience is preferred
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required

ASE or MACS A/C certification a plus but not required
Type: Full-time; Temp to hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Job Description:
- CDK system operation for work orders, warranty documentation, and repairs

Assist with basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Handle cleaning, painting, greasing, and prepping equipment for rental or sale

Operate hand and pneumatic power tools
- Perform preventative maintenance within safety compliance guidelines

Assist with basic troubleshooting under supervision
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required

Must own basic tools
- Forklift certification preferred (can be trained on site)

Boom lift certification a plus

Must be comfortable working at heights

Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance independently

Ability to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders
