Our client, a leading construction firm in Columbus OH has an immediate need for a construction Sr. Project Manager, with Multifamily experience. This is an immediate need! Details are as follows:
- Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.
- Minimum 5 years construction experience
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.
- Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
