Description:
The Volunteer Group provides time, talent and leadership to carry out the mission of Axess Family Services.
Responsibilities dependent upon the program assignment and may include but not limited to:

Prepare and/or serving meals

Clean kitchens, facilities, vacant shelter/housing units

Stock food pantries and other supplies
-
Outdoor beautification projects
-
Paint the facilities, shelters
-
Assist with organizing/managing donations
-
Assist with special events
-
Organize a donation drive or fundraiser for the organization/program
-
Entertain (play piano, etc.)

Teach a craft/skill
-
Teach financial literacy
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS: (based on program requirements)

Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals.

Ability to work as an effective team.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
