Responsibilities
- Put the customer first in every interaction by delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers through genuine engagement, personalized styling, and expert product recommendations.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while contributing to overall team success.
- Learn, embrace, and execute key performance indicators (KPIs) that elevate the customerexperience and drive business results.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team while also being confident and productive working independently.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for every guest.
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and embrace sales KPIs that enhance the customer journey.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive independently.
- Comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced, and goal-oriented sales environment.
- Current knowledge of luxury and lifestyle eyewear brands is a plus.
Availability
- Must have open availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Flexible weekday availability, including opening, mid-day, and closing shifts.
