Equipment Requirements
- 26' Non-CDL Box Truck
- Truck must be model year 2010 or newer
- Liftgate is a plus
- E-Track preferred
- Clean, well-maintained equipment
Owner Operator Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable box truck experience
- Willing to stay on the road 2+ weeks at a time
- Strong work ethic with an owner-operator mindset
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Safety-focused and dependable
Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight throughout the United States
- Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule
- Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding load status
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Secure freight properly and comply with all safety regulations
- Maintain accurate logs and required delivery documentation
- Represent the company professionally with customers and brokers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous OTR experience
- Experience hauling dedicated or expedited freight
Compensation
Gross Weekly Revenue: $3,000–$6,000+
Actual earnings vary based on availability, market conditions, freight volume, and driver performance.
