Position
We’re hiring a crew leader to join a 3-person crew handling residential and commercial moves.
This is hands-on work: Driving, loading, unloading, protecting furniture, and working directly with customers. As well, you will be overseeing the success of the move project.
Pay
Schedule
- Primarily weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Some weekday
- Most jobs are 5–10 hours
Work Location
This is a mobile position. Jobs take place across North Dallas, including:
Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Celina, Prosper, and surrounding areas.
What a Good Day Looks Like
- You show up on time, ready to work
- The team moves efficiently
- Furniture is protected and handled carefully
- The customer feels taken care of
- The job gets done without issues or complaints
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
- Lead moving crew onsite
- Use pads, wrap, and tools to protect items
- Disassemble and reassemble basic furniture (beds, tables, etc.)
- Work efficiently while leading a team
- Safely load and unload furniture and boxes
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Good driving record
- Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Shows up on time — no exceptions
- Strong work ethic and good attitude
- Demonstrated moving experience is a MUST
