WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Depending on the role, qualifications may include:
- Relevant plumbing, HVAC, commercial installation, service, or crew leadership experience
- Ability to troubleshoot plumbing or HVAC issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, specifications, or job information, depending on the role
- Journeyman’s license required for Plumbing Foreman and preferred for certain plumbing roles
- EPA certification preferred for HVAC Service Technician
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort using field technology, including tablets, smartphones, mobile apps, digital work orders, and time/materials documentation
- Commitment to safety, quality, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
- Ability to meet Act 34 and Act 151 background check requirements, as well as FBI clearance requirements for work in schools or daycares, when applicable
