Requirements:
To get onboarded quickly via FADV, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- License: Valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples Endorsement (or willing to obtain).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Class A tractor-trailer experience (or 6 months if graduated from a FedEx-approved driving school).
- Safety Record:
- No preventable accidents or reckless/aggressive driving in the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months.
- No DUIs or license suspensions within the last 5 years.
- Background: Clean DMV report and ability to pass a DOT drug screening.
