Role Summary:
Seeking an afterhours manager/supervisor is to ensure that productivity, quality, and efficiency standards are met. They will supervise staff, coordinate workflows, resolve operational issues, and report to upper management.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor output to meet production targets.

Compliance and Safety:

Enforce company policies and safety procedures.

Conduct regular safety audits and training.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance metrics.

Track inventory, materials and job progress.

Maintain accurate records of nightly performance.

Problem Solving and Decision Making:

Respond quickly to operational issues or emergencies.

Make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

Coordinate with other departments as needed.
