Role description
1Key Responsibilities
oFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives
oCoach Agile teams Product Owners and stakeholders on Scrum values Agile principles roles events artifacts and continuous improvement practices
oIdentify track escalate and remove impediments that impact sprint commitments delivery timelines team productivity or product quality
oSupport the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy prioritized and wellrefined backlog with clear acceptance criteria and readiness for upcoming sprints
oPromote team selforganization accountability collaboration transparency and sustainable delivery practices
oProtect the team from unnecessary distractions scope creep conflicting priorities and external interruptions during active sprints
oMonitor Agile metrics such as velocity sprint burndown cycle time throughput defect trends and team health to support datadriven improvements
oFacilitate dependency management risk tracking release planning and coordination across multiple teams vendors and technology stakeholders
oEncourage a culture of continuous learning by helping teams inspect and adapt processes resolve conflicts and implement retrospective action items
oPrepare and communicate delivery updates sprint progress risks impediments and improvement plans to project leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
oBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience
o3 years of experience as a Scrum Master Agile Project Manager Agile Delivery Lead or similar role supporting technology delivery teams
oStrong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum framework software development lifecycle product delivery and iterative planning
oExperience working with crossfunctional teams including developers testers business analysts architects Product Owners and release teams
oHandson experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Rally Confluence or similar platforms
oStrong facilitation communication conflict resolution stakeholder management analytical thinking and problemsolving skills

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $134,000.00 per year
