Receptionist/ Front Desk- Part Time
POSITION SUMMARY: The primary purpose of your job position is to provide friendly and efficient assistance to visitors and vendors entering the facility and to perform clerical support in accordance with established procedures and as directed by your supervisor.
SHIFT: 10 hour shifts, Friday-Sunday 8:00am-6:30pm
PAY: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour depending on experience

- Greet visitors. Direct to appropriate office and/or resident room.
- Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
- Offer beverages to visitors waiting for administrative personnel, as appropriate.
- Issue and collect identification badges as visitors sign in/out.
- Ensure guests/visitors abide by existing rules and refuse admission to persons as directed.
- Report suspicious persons/information to supervisor immediately.
- Receive and follow reception schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures.
- Operate telephone/paging system as required.
- Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
- Receive request from within the facility and locate personnel through paging system.
- Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a current listing of critical residents and/or residents who may not receive phone calls due to their condition. (May refer such calls to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse).
- Receive, sort and distribute mail as directed.
- Operate computer, copier, and other office machines, as directed.
- Assist department directors in administrative matters (i.e., typing reports, correspondence, etc.)
- Request repairs for office equipment as necessary.
- Ensure that work/assignment areas are neat, clean and office equipment is covered before leaving such areas on breaks, end of work day, etc.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- fingerprint card (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Phoenix, AZ 85014: Relocate before starting work (Required)
