The Barre Unified Union School District is seeking a Special Educator to join the district's special education evaluation team. The District Team will be made up of three building level teams. Each building team will consist of a School Psychologist and a Special Educator.
Responsibilities of the special educator include but are not limited to:
- Conducts record reviews;
- Schedules, notices and facilitates the evaluation planning and decision meetings;
- Conducts all achievement testing;
- Writes a thorough achievement assessment report, determines adverse effect, conducts observations and completes all evaluation documentation;
- Provides all reports to team members, including the special education case manager.
