- Set up and tear down speakers, lighting, video walls, staging, truss, and cabling under the lead tech’s direction.
- Run and dress cable cleanly and safely.
- Support on-site execution and keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Back up drivers and technicians wherever the show needs it.
You’re a fit if you…

- Show up on time, every time, and do the full job setup through strike.
- Can lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, climb ladders, and work long hours in varied conditions.
- Are flexible on evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Have a valid Texas driver’s license (a plus) and reliable transportation.
This probably isn’t for you if…
- You’re looking for a light-duty or spectator role. This is physical work, every job.
- Reliability is a struggle. On our crew, one no-show can sink a client’s event.
