Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) position requiring strong Pediatric ICU and cardiovascular experience with Epic proficiency.

Details

Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) setting within a children's hospital
Day and night shifts available, 12-hour shifts (7:00am–7:30pm or 7:30pm–7:00am)
Monday through Friday schedule with every other weekend required
Holiday coverage required on assigned holidays
13-week contract

Requirements

Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current AHA BLS and PALS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of cardiovascular (CV) nursing experience required
Strong Pediatric ICU experience required; strong Level II PICU experience may be considered
Epic EMR experience required
Must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting the assignment

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply with at least 3 years of experience in a high-acuity hospital setting
Telemetry test must be completed and passed before being cleared to begin work
