Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using hotel management software.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to guest services or hotel operations.
- Assist with coordinating guest services such as transportation, dining reservations, and local recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage for engaging diverse guests.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations and guest records.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, front desk procedures, and guest relations best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
