Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of fried food items, such as french fries, chicken tenders, and onion rings
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Monitor and adjust cooking times and temperatures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as food prep or dishwashing
Skills:
- Previous experience as a fry cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of proper frying techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team setting
