Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling protocols
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy restaurant environment
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
