Duties

- Manage reservations through phone systems and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with precision.
Skills
- Proficiency in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong phone etiquette and experience using phone systems effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
