Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools
- Conduct electrical diagnostics utilizing voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments to identify faults accurately
- Repair and replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, switches, wiring, and circuit boards in accordance with safety standards
- Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to diagnose and resolve automation system issues effectively
- Read electrical blueprints and schematics to facilitate precise repairs and modifications
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and equipment history
- Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex issues and implementing process improvements
- Operate field service equipment including scissor lifts when necessary for elevated maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to high voltage systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and welding procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices
- Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and performing electrical maintenance
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems is a plus for maintaining climate control equipment in the facility
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics reading for accurate diagnostics
- Ability to perform stick welding and other welding techniques safely when repairing or fabricating parts
- Experience operating scissor lifts or similar equipment for elevated maintenance tasks
- Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage systems, and electrical blueprint reading
- Excellent analysis skills combined with a customer service mindset to communicate effectively with team members and external vendors
- Field service experience preferred; must be comfortable working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
