Bel Air Home is seeking an experienced Clinical Director / Clinical Supervisor to support our small residential mental health program in West Los Angeles.
This is a great opportunity for a licensed clinician who enjoys clinical leadership, supervising associate therapists, supporting quality care, and making a meaningful impact—without a full-time administrative schedule.
IMPORTANT: Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Bel Air (90049) within approximately 30 minutes.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Associate Therapists (AMFT/ACSW)
- Support clinical quality and documentation standards
- Provide treatment team guidance and case consultation
- Assist with staff onboarding and clinical training
- Support crisis response and clinical oversight
- Maintain compliance with behavioral health and residential standards
Qualifications
- Active California license required:
- LMFT
- LCSW
- PsyD
- 2+ years licensed preferred
- Residential mental health, behavioral health, PHP, IOP, RTC, SUD, or treatment leadership experience preferred
- Experience supervising clinicians strongly preferred
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time
- Approximately 10–15 hours weekly
- Flexible scheduling
- Limited after-hours support as needed
- $55–$65/hour DOE
