We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Painter/Prepper to join our growing Collision Center team.
The Painter/Prepper is responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles and parts to manufacturer standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
What you'll do:
Prepare vehicles and parts for paint, including sanding, masking, body filler work, and priming
Mix and apply automotive paints following proper color-matching and manufacturer guidelines
Perform spot repairs, blending, and full-panel refinishing
Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards
Maintain paint booth, prep areas, and equipment in clean, safe working condition
Work collaboratively with technicians, estimators, and management to ensure timely workflow
Follow all OSHA, environmental, and dealership safety guidelines
