The Ivan Chapa Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a Sales & Retention Specialist to follow up on warm leads, cross-sell to current clients, and keep business flowing consistently.
This isn't a sit-back customer service role. You'll be actively working leads, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue every day — with the opportunity to earn more based on your results.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
