What You’ll Do
This role is the backbone of our operation - ensuring shipments move efficiently from pickup to delivery while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage and execute daily shipments from start to finish (pickup through delivery
- Source and secure carrier capacity to cover customer freight
- Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitive and profitable pricing
- Track and trace shipments in real time, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Provide consistent updates and communication to customers and internal teams
- Schedule shipments to meet customer pickup and delivery timelines
- Coordinate closely with carriers and customers to ensure smooth execution
- Problem-solve on the fly (delays, breakdowns, weather, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in internal systems

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior sales or logistics experience is a plus, but not required

- Compensation is provided on a weekly pay schedule
