JOB OVERVIEW
Shift Leaders/Key Holders are responsible for opening/closing the store, managing cash drawers, preparing bank deposits, filling out daily sales numbers and working with sales associates on daily sales floor duties while delivering excellent customer service.
Primary Job Duties:
· Opening and/or closing the store during designated work shift per the company standard
· Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
· Work on the Point of Sales system/cash register, process sales transactions
· Prepare bank deposits and fill out daily sales reports as needed
· Provide assistance to lead and train team members in daily floor duties
· Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
· Utilize sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive sales
· Support Management in maintaining a clean, organized and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop
· Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, ticketing, transfering and merchandising
· Support store management in overseeing the basic operational functioning of the store when a Store Manager is not on the premises
· Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
· Previous experience in a retail shift leader (key holder) position or similar experience
· Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
· Excellent multitasking and time management skills
· Cash handling experience with the ability to operate a cash register accurately
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

Pay: $16.00 per hour
