Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train retail sales associates to ensure they meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure store displays are visually appealing and products are properly priced
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue
- Perform cash handling duties and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift
Experience:
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
