Three In One Construction, LLC is growing and looking to add a skilled, reliable Painter to our team. We specialize in commercial and residential interior work and pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and consistency.
Position Requirements
- 3+ years of professional painting experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Rolling, brushing, and cutting clean lines
- Interior wall, ceiling, trim, and door painting
- Proper surface prep (patching, sanding, masking)
- Experience with sprayers / paint machines is a big plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Attention to detail and pride in finished work
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting (patch, sand, prime, mask)
- Apply paint evenly and efficiently to meet quality standards
- Maintain clean, safe job sites
- Communicate with foreman/superintendent on job progress
- Follow company safety and quality procedures

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Occasional Saturday work available
