Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales leadership training program

Maintain a strong and visible leadership presence on the sales floor by actively selling, coaching, and driving performance

Deliver personalized customer service while achieving individual and store sales goals

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Promote and maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on all products and services offered

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management

Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a welcoming and visually appealing showroom

Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up

Support associates in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
✔ Retail sales or leadership experience required (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS!)
✔ Bilingual candidates are a PLUS!
✔ Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
✔ Proven ability to drive results and create a high-performance culture
