Join our dynamic team as an Onsite Maintenance Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on items on site
- Perform property walk weekly looking for safety related issues and address them or report them to be addressed if unable to resolve.
- Oversee vendors work for the community, NOT the residents who hire vendors personally.
- Work off work orders as well generated by residents and the Association Manager
- Report all issues to the Association Manager
- Possible pool cleaning duties on the one small pool at the clubhouse
- Replacing AC filters monthly in the clubhouse / office
- Keeping maintenance shop and area around it clean and organized.
Experience
- Proven experience with general handyman related skills
- Hands-on knowledge low voltage landscape lights, and basic troubleshooting.
- Good customer service experience as you will be dealing at time with owners onsite
- CPO License helpful but not required.
- General plumbing and irrigation repairs experience needed.
- Ability to operate general tools like leaf blower, pole saw needed.
- Painting experience required.
- Pressure washing experience required.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
