We are hiring a motivated Direct Marketing Representative to represent Verizon services and connect with customers in Grand Prairie and the greater Dallas area. We’re looking for someone who can communicate confidently, create positive customer interactions, and turn conversations into meaningful marketing and sales connections.
In this Direct Marketing Representative role, you’ll introduce customers to Verizon service options, learn about their needs, explain available solutions, position products and services, and support a professional customer experience. You’ll also work with a team to accomplish marketing, customer service, and performance objectives.
What You’ll Do as a Direct Marketing Representative:
- Collaborate with teammates to support direct marketing initiatives, meet daily objectives, and contribute to overall team success
- Learn about customer needs and preferences through friendly, professional conversations and thoughtful question
- Maintain accurate customer information while following company procedures, service guidelines, and established standards
- Explain Verizon products, services, features, benefits, and available options in a clear and approachable way
- Assist customers with enrollment and other service-related processes while providing a smooth and professional experience
- Represent Verizon services with confidence and professionalism while building positive relationships with customers
- Respond to customer questions and concerns by providing accurate information and helping identify appropriate service solutions
What We’re Looking For in an Direct Marketing Representative:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and people skills
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers
- Interest in marketing, sales, or customer engagement
- Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
- Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
