Our FastGrind system is changing the way independent practices deliver eyewear by allowing them to surface progressive lenses in-office and provide same-day service while significantly reducing laboratory costs.
We are looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Inside Sales & Account Manager to help grow our lens business while supporting our FastGrind sales efforts.
Position Summary
This position combines account management, inside sales, and customer success. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with existing customers, grow ongoing lens sales, support new FastGrind installations, and assist our outside sales team by nurturing leads and maintaining customer engagement throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
· Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts.
· Develop ongoing lens sales through regular customer contact.
· Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to identify new opportunities.
· Coordinate with production and customer service to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
· Answer product questions regarding ophthalmic lenses and FastGrind technology.
· Assist customers with ordering, inventory planning, and product recommendations.
· Help onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption of our products.
· Identify opportunities to increase customer profitability through additional products and services.
· Support the FastGrind sales team by:
o Following up with prospective customers.
o Scheduling demonstrations and meetings.
o Preparing quotations and proposals.
o Maintaining CRM records and sales pipeline.
· Attend occasional trade shows and industry meetings.
Qualifications
· Previous inside sales, account management, or customer service experience.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or within a group.
· Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits.
· Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in the optical, ophthalmic, medical device, or healthcare industry.
· Knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, optical laboratories, or optometry practices.
· Experience supporting technical or capital equipment sales.
· Experience using CRM software.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
