Class A CDL Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.
- Reviews and verify sales orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation and packaging of products for shipment.
- Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
- Contacts customers to confirm delivery details.
- Determines placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols before, during, and after deliveries, and conducts safety reviews.
- Maintains delivery records.
Class A CDL Delivery Driver Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a delivery driver (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL driver’s license
- Clean driving record
