What You'll Do
As our Project Manager, you'll take ownership of commercial construction projects from planning and development through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress throughout construction
- Procure subcontractors, materials, equipment, and services
- Prepare scopes of work, purchase orders, contracts, and change orders
- Manage project budgets, job costs, profitability, and financial reporting
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status with all stakeholders
- Coordinate project teams to ensure successful execution
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and quality
- Oversee project documentation, scheduling, procurement, and project closeout
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing commercial building projects from start to finish
- Strong estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration skills
- Experience preparing contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- High level of integrity and customer service
- Stable, consistent work history in commercial construction
- Valid Driver's License
Travel
This position requires travel to active job sites approximately 2-3 days per week for project management, progress reviews, quality control, and team coordination.
