Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service, restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain any required food handling certifications.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Assist servers and bartenders with maintaining a clean and organized service area.
- Ensure tables, chairs, and guest areas remain clean throughout the night.
- Refill water, ice, napkins, and other service supplies as needed.
- Assist with delivering food and beverages when required.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in all guest-facing areas.
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
