A+ Quality Fence & Deck, Inc. is hiring two experienced fence builders for local area. We hiring an additional crew leader to work on our team of about 20 crew leaders & crew members. You must have experience in working and running a crew. We are also hiring experienced fence installers - we will train the right person to fit our needs if you have two years verifiable fence experience with a fence company or similar construction. Must have valid AL driver's license or if you have an other state driver's license be able to obtain an Alabama license.
We are an established company of over 30 years and serve the river region area. We work about 45-50 hours a week. We offer
7 paid holidays / bonus days after 6 months
Uniform / boot / tool allowance after 6 months
5 days off with pay after 1 year
10 days off with pay after 5 years
