Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in process
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with enthusiasm, demonstrating excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, performing housekeeping duties efficiently
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to enhance overall satisfaction
- Support hotel operations by coordinating with management on room assignments and special requests
- Uphold hospitality standards by ensuring all areas are welcoming, tidy, and well-maintained at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and guest service protocols is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude are essential
