Harpak-ULMA Packaging is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to support our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users, and working across a variety of technologies in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will work directly with the Director of IT to help maintain reliable technology operations across the company while providing hands-on support to employees both onsite and remotely.
Hybrid Position – Massachusetts Based
One remote day per week after training
✈️ Occasional travel to Georgia and California offices

As a key member of the IT team, you will help ensure employees have the tools and support they need to work efficiently and effectively.

Providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices

Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues

Supporting both onsite and remote users

Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows operating systems

Assisting with WAN/LAN network support and maintenance

Setting up equipment and onboarding new employees

Supporting Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, and MacOS

Assisting with system updates, maintenance, and disaster recovery initiatives

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company technology standards

Minimum of four years of IT support or help desk experience, or Microsoft MCSE certification

Strong knowledge of:

Windows operating systems

Microsoft Office Suite

Active Directory

TCP/IP networking

Virus protection and diagnostic tools

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Excellent troubleshooting and time management abilities

Associate degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience supporting Apple products and iOS devices

Familiarity with Network Application Servers and network maintenance

Experience with FileMaker Pro, Great Plains, Rockwell Software, MS Visio, or network wiring is a plus
