Our client is looking for a Senior Account Executive in Charlotte, NC to promote and sell court reporting and deposition services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms
- Proven track record of successful sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic business setting
- Ability to lead and drive profitable growth in sales territory in alignment with company goals
- Develop plans to expand customer base and assist in creating training programs for clients
- Established network within law firms in assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads, as well as nurture existing client relationships
- Source and cultivate client referrals
- Manage customer database
- Update and manage sales & promotional materials, as well as plan direct marketing activities
- Work closely with customer service to manage cases, report progress, and enhance client satisfaction
- Ensure quality product and service delivery
- Stay informed about market competition, pricing, products, and services
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Present company products and services to current and potential clients
- Negotiate with clients, create sales proposals, and conduct product training
- Maintain sales activity records and generate sales reports
- Address sales inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships
- Follow up on sales activities
- OTE $200,000 +++
